Order Changes and Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order.
We begin processing orders shortly after they are placed, so we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations will be possible once an order has entered fulfilment or has been dispatched.
Returns and Refunds

Please do not send a return to the address shown on a shipping label without contacting us first, as this may be the address of a fulfilment or delivery partner rather than the correct returns location.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly.

- A photograph of the product
- A photograph of the packaging
- A photograph of the shipping label where possible

Delivery Questions
Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has been dispatched.
If tracking has not updated for an unusual amount of time or your parcel is marked as delivered but cannot be located, contact us at elyoradesign@gmail.com.
