These Terms of Service govern your use of the ELYORA™ website and any purchase made through our online store.

Throughout these Terms, “ELYORA™”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to [ELYORA], trading as ELYORA™. “You” and “your” refer to any person visiting our website or purchasing from our store.

By accessing our website, submitting an order or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under applicable consumer law.

2. Who May Use Our Store

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to place an order through our website.

By submitting an order, you confirm that:

  • you are authorised to use the selected payment method;
  • you have legal capacity to enter into a purchase contract;
  • you are purchasing for lawful personal use.

We may refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably believe that fraud, unauthorised payment, resale, misuse or other unlawful activity is involved.

3. Products and Product Information

We aim to present product descriptions, images, prices, colours, sizes and features as accurately as reasonably possible.

However, the appearance of colours and projections may vary depending on:

  • room lighting;
  • distance from the projection surface;
  • wall or ceiling colour;
  • screen and device settings;
  • positioning and focus;
  • the selected projection slide.

Product images may contain props or decorative items that are not included unless expressly stated in the product description.

Minor differences in packaging, colour, finish or appearance may occur between production batches, provided that these differences do not materially reduce the product’s quality or functionality.

4. ELYORA™ Dream Projector Bundles

The available product bundles may include:

  • 1 Projector + 3 Slides
  • 1 Projector + 6 Slides
  • 1 Projector + 30 Slides

The contents of your order will be based on the bundle selected and displayed during checkout.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the chosen product variant before completing payment. Please contact us promptly if you believe that you selected the wrong bundle.

5. Orders and Contract Formation

Submitting an order does not automatically mean that we have accepted it.

After you place an order, you may receive an automated order confirmation. This confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance.

A binding purchase contract is formed when we accept your order and begin processing or dispatching it.

We may reject or cancel an order before dispatch where:

  • the product is unavailable;
  • the price or product information contains an obvious error;
  • payment cannot be authorised;
  • shipping is unavailable to the supplied address;
  • the order appears fraudulent or unlawful;
  • the order breaches these Terms.

If we cancel a paid order, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

6. Prices and Payment

All prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website.

Where stated, applicable taxes are included in the displayed price. Delivery charges, where applicable, will be shown before the order is completed.

We may change product prices at any time. A price change will not affect an order that we have already accepted, except where there has been an obvious pricing error.

Payment may be processed through Shopify Payments or other available providers, such as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Klarna.

Your use of a third-party payment provider may also be subject to that provider’s own terms and privacy policy.

We do not guarantee that every payment method will be available for every customer, location or order.

7. Discount Codes and Promotions

Discount codes:

  • must be entered before checkout is completed;
  • cannot usually be applied after an order has been placed;
  • may be limited to specific products, dates or customers;
  • may have a minimum purchase requirement;
  • cannot be exchanged for cash;
  • may not be combined unless expressly stated.

We may withdraw, suspend or correct a promotion where there is an obvious error, misuse or technical problem.

Promotional guarantees and bonus gifts are subject to the conditions shown at the time of purchase and while stocks last.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are delivered according to the estimated processing and shipping times shown in our Shipping Policy.

Current estimates may include:

Processing time: 1–3 business days
Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed dates unless we expressly agree to a specific deadline.

Delays may occur due to customs checks, courier disruption, severe weather, peak periods, incorrect delivery information or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if you notice an error.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, we may not be able to change or redirect it.

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be sent after dispatch.

9. Delivery Problems

Please contact us promptly if:

  • your tracking information has not updated for an unusual period;
  • your order is marked as delivered but cannot be found;
  • your parcel arrives visibly damaged;
  • an item is missing;
  • you receive the wrong product.

We may ask you to provide photographs, packaging images, delivery information or other reasonable evidence so that we can investigate the matter with the courier or fulfilment provider.

You should also check with household members, neighbours, reception areas and any safe place indicated by the courier.

10. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

Your cancellation, return and refund rights are described in our Refund Policy.

For most online purchases, UK consumers normally have the right to notify the seller of cancellation within 14 days after receiving the goods. After cancellation, the goods generally need to be returned within a further 14 days. Any statutory exceptions will continue to apply.

Returned products should be:

  • handled only as reasonably necessary to inspect them;
  • returned with the included components and accessories;
  • securely packaged;
  • accompanied by the requested order information.

Where legally permitted, we may reduce a refund to reflect a loss in value caused by handling beyond what would reasonably be allowed when inspecting a product in a physical shop.

11. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

Products must meet applicable legal requirements, including being of satisfactory quality, fit for their normal purpose and consistent with their description.

If an item is faulty, damaged on arrival, materially different from its description or incorrectly supplied, contact us at elyoradesign@gmail.com with your order number and supporting photographs where possible.

Your rights regarding faulty goods are separate from the ordinary change-of-mind cancellation period. UK law provides a short-term right to reject qualifying faulty goods, generally lasting 30 days from delivery, subject to applicable rules and exceptions.

Nothing in these Terms or our Refund Policy reduces your statutory rights.

12. 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Where advertised on the product page, eligible ELYORA™ Dream Projector purchases may be covered by our 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.

This commercial guarantee is offered in addition to, and does not replace, your statutory consumer rights.

To make a claim under the guarantee:

  • contact us within 90 days of receiving the product;
  • provide your order number;
  • follow the return instructions we provide;
  • return the product and included components where requested.

The guarantee does not normally cover:

  • deliberate damage;
  • misuse or improper handling;
  • unauthorised modification;
  • damage caused by water, excessive heat or unsuitable power sources;
  • ordinary wear and tear;
  • missing components caused after delivery.

13. Product Use and Safety

The ELYORA™ Dream Projector is intended to create decorative projections and ambient lighting.

It is not:

  • a medical device;
  • a treatment for insomnia, anxiety or any medical condition;
  • a replacement for appropriate parental supervision;
  • guaranteed to cause a child to fall asleep.

Individual experiences and bedtime results may vary.

The product should be installed and used according to the instructions supplied with it.

Customers should:

  • use a suitable USB power source;
  • keep the product and cable away from water;
  • stop using the product if the cable, connector or housing appears damaged;
  • avoid obstructing ventilation openings;
  • keep small slides or removable parts away from children who may place them in their mouths;
  • ensure that children use the product with appropriate adult supervision.

The product should not be treated as a toy unless the packaging expressly states otherwise.

14. Customer Accounts

Where customer accounts are available, you are responsible for:

  • keeping your password confidential;
  • providing accurate information;
  • preventing unauthorised access;
  • notifying us if you suspect that your account has been compromised.

We may suspend or close an account that is used unlawfully, fraudulently or in breach of these Terms.

Where you submit a review, photograph, video or other content, you confirm that:

  • it reflects your genuine experience;
  • you have the right to submit it;
  • it does not infringe another person’s rights;
  • it is not defamatory, misleading, abusive or unlawful;

By submitting content to us, you grant ELYORA™ a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, resize and use that content in connection with our website, customer reviews and marketing, unless you tell us otherwise.

We may reject or remove content that breaches these Terms, but we will not remove a genuine negative review solely because it is unfavourable.

16. Intellectual Property

All website content owned by ELYORA™, including logos, branding, text, page layouts, graphics, product presentations and original media, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use our website for personal shopping purposes only.

You must not, without written permission:

  • reproduce substantial parts of the website;
  • copy or misuse our branding;
  • use our content for another store;
  • resell or commercially distribute our images or text;
  • scrape, automate or interfere with the website;
  • falsely claim to represent ELYORA™.

Third-party names, payment logos and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier disruption, severe weather, customs delays, network failures, strikes, government restrictions or major supply interruptions.

This does not remove any right you may have to cancel an order or receive a refund under applicable law.
